I congratulate Prof Vikas Bhatnagar on setting up Hyperspace Action Research Services focussed on organization research and hands-on implementation of research findings to help organizations build strong human resource capabilities to deliver sustained performance. Over the last two decades, I have seen Prof Vikas Bhatnagar delivering exceptional results in organization research, developing a unique understanding and customized solutions for the organization helping them manage change with a human touch. Vikas brings in deep management insights in designing and implementing leadership development initiatives. My association with Vikas commenced with Dr. Reddy’s where I was leading the Chemistry department and Vikas led the Human Resources function; I have known Vikas for over 20 years now. Vikas has a deep and insightful understanding of organisations and comes up with innovative and impactful solutions to seemingly intractable problems. I remember Vikas coming up with Spark and Spot awards that increased the engagement levels of scientists.
