HARS has the unique competence of having deep insights into the workings of defence forces and the latest management approaches/techniques. As a commissioned officer in the Indian Army, the Founder and CEO Dr. Vikas Rai Bhatnagar has the unique distinction of having led companies and troops from the front along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in High Altitude Area and has turned around companies from low performing and low morale to very high performing, with sky-rocketing morale. Additionally, Dr. Bhatnagar has the experience of aiding the civil administration during times of national emergencies.
Currently, Dr. Bhatnagar is associated with the College of Defence Management for building action research capabilities and improving the relevance/impact of research projects. The below video showcases one such engagement.

Our expertise lies in humanizing organizations to enable breakthrough performance while simultaneously enabling high motivation/morale of troops.
