Payal Gaba Vasudeva

Payal has been HR Generalist, leading the HR function of reputed MNCs and effectively managing various facets of HR including business strategy, change management, industrial relations & compliances,  talent acquisition, capacity and skill building, psychometrics, compensation, benefits & rewards, rightsizing & diversity, CSR, HR policies, processes and operations. 

Payal has rich and diverse experience in German, Italian and Swiss MNCs and multi location and multi business set up, transitioning and integrating an Indian organisation to global processes and culture. She was the founder partner of HR function in SGS India and key member of global and SEAP projects, holding the HR Director position for Indian geography. 

Furthermore, Payal specialises in statutory deployment of ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace’ Act; Internal Complaints Committees and senior management trainings; policy design and employee orientation. She holds training by Ernst & Young and extensive experience as Chairperson of six Internal Complaints Committees. She is currently researching on optimising gender diversity of improving organisational performance.

She holds Management diploma with dual specialisation in HR & Marketing and is recipient of LBSIM’s Corporate Excellence Award 2017. Additionally, she holds a Design Diploma from NIFT, Mumbai and nourishing her line of work in textile design, arts and experiences and she blends aesthetic sensitivities into organisational process design and delivery.
