• Life’s experiences often create anxiety and agony in people, making them unhappy and losing many productive times of their lives.
• Toxic relationships, separation from or loss of a near and dear ones, abuse (physical and emotional), and failures can be a few causes for resulting in distress of people.
• We have hands-on and rich experience, theoretical knowledge (Masters in Counselling Psychology and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach), and research in creating happiness in people, enabling us to:
  • Empathetic understanding of the unique distressful situation of the client, and employing appropriate counselling technique resulting in graded transformation from distress to zest.
  • Sublimating non-productive energies to highly energetic outlets, leading to creation of happiness and zest in one’s life.
